Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in California to lead client growth, retain accounts, and drive profitability. You will recruit, train, and develop branch staff while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, budgeting, and implementing recruiting strategies; ensuring compliance and high performance across the branch. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost or lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; manage client reviews with HR/Operations.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews.
• Coach and develop recruiters; manage day-to-day performance to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and local relationships with colleges and career centers.
