Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Zeeland, MI to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships while maintaining strong P&L management and branch operations. You will recruit, coach, and develop the local branch team to deliver exemplary customer service to clients and candidates.

You will oversee retention, recruitment strategies, and performance metrics, conducting regular business reviews with senior leadership and ensuring compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally; strong relationship-building.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute business plans to win new clients and grow bottom line.
• Recruit, train, manage, and develop branch team to deliver excellent service.
• Manage branch P&L and budget with cost control.
• Retain clients, optimize fill rate, and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms and rates, and assess credit risk.
• Lead recruitment strategies and develop local relationships with resources.
