AppleOne seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a full-service banking branch in Fremont, CA. This role oversees sales, service, compliance, and daily operations while coaching staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The candidate will drive deposit growth, build local business connections, and ensure regulatory compliance in a high-service environment. In-office position with flexibility as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years in a branch banking environment.
• Minimum 5 years of branch management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.
• Proven sales ability with documented branch growth.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, branch procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including client service, sales, operations, compliance, safety and security.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop branch employees while supporting hiring, performance management, scheduling, and development.
• Drive core deposit growth through sales strategies, outbound calling, community networking, relationship building, and branch marketing.
• Monitor performance, trends, expenses, audits, controls, and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Resolve complex customer service issues and model a customer-first service culture.
• Represent the branch in the local community and participate in CRA initiatives and local organizations.
