Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bank Branch Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Fremont, CA. This role is ideal for a banking professional with strong branch leadership, sales management, customer service, operations, and compliance experience.

This Bank Branch Manager will oversee the daily performance of a full-service branch, including team development, deposit growth, client relationship management, operational controls, regulatory compliance, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, including customer service, staffing, sales performance, compliance, security, audits, and operational quality control.

Compensation and Benefits

• Schedule flexibility may be required, including occasional work beyond scheduled hours.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Manage full-service branch operations, staff performance, sales activity, compliance, and customer experience.
• Develop and execute branch sales strategies focused on deposit growth, relationship building, referrals, and community engagement.
• Oversee operational controls, audit readiness, transaction approvals, overdraft and NSF review, and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop branch employees in sales, service, product knowledge, customer profiling, and operational procedures.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a bank branch environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.
• Proven sales ability with documented branch growth and deposit development success.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, developing, and managing employee performance.
• Strong understanding of branch banking operations, customer service, account servicing, compliance, and bank policies and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, team building, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software programs.
• Active involvement in business‑related local community organizations, such as a Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, or similar groups.
• Current California driver’s license and access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage for work‑related driving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Notary Public certification preferred.
