Qualifications

• Experience hiring, training, coaching, developing, and managing employee performance.
• Strong leadership, team building, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, including customer service, staffing, sales performance, compliance, security, audits, and operational quality control.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop branch employees through regular one‑on‑one meetings, performance reviews, sales coaching, and ongoing operational guidance.
• Drive core deposit growth, customer relationship expansion, outbound calling, appointment setting, business networking, and local market development.
• Monitor branch performance metrics, transaction activity, expenses, audit results, customer trends, and profitability goals.
• Resolve complex customer issues, support consumer and business account servicing needs, and promote a customer‑first branch culture.
• Represent the branch through community involvement, CRA‑related activities, and participation in local business or civic organizations.
