Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager New Markets for Bayside, NY. You will partner with the Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive growth through deposits, and build member relationships using a consultative sales approach.

You will lead community engagement, support new market expansion, and collaborate with specialists to meet member financial needs while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred or related work experience.
• 2+ years of financial or equivalent sales experience.
• 2+ years in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to grow deposits and expand the branch footprint.
• Cultivate member relationships and referrals to partners to drive growth.
• Enhance omnichannel member experience through adoption of new technologies and self-service options.
• Represent FourLeaf in the community and at events to raise brand awareness.
• Coordinate with Specialists to connect members with experts for financial needs.
• Hire, train and develop branch staff to meet growth targets.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations and branch controls.
