Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks a branch leader outside Nashville to own full P&L, drive growth, and manage safety and client relationships. You will schedule and develop field techs, coordinate large projects with sister branches, and walk jobs to build quotes and grow key accounts while upholding quality and compliance.

Willingness to travel up to 50% is required. This leadership role requires a hands-on background in electrical testing and maintenance, NETA certification, and a Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Job description

This is a branch leadership role with full P&L ownership. You'll lead a NETA testing and maintenance branch outside Nashville, and you'll own its growth, profit, safety and customer relationships.

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
