Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own the P&L for a NETA testing and maintenance operation, drive growth, and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will supervise and schedule field techs, audit reports for quality and safety, and coach employees through NETA levels. Travel up to 50% is required.

A bachelor’s degree and NETA Level III/IV certification are required, with 5+ years in electrical testing and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with leadership responsibility.
• NETA Level III or IV certification demonstrated.
• Proven P&L or branch profitability experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours.

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
