Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own P&L, growth and client relationships for the NETA testing and maintenance branch. This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for revenue, margin and safety.

You will build a team of field techs, coordinate large jobs with sister branches, review quotes, audit reports, and coach staff through NETA certification levels. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification required.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proven P&L or profitability management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
