Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a branch leader to own P&L and drive growth outside Nashville. You will manage field operations, supervise and develop a team of technicians, and maintain key customer relationships while ensuring safety and quality.

You'll schedule large jobs, build quotes, and coordinate with sister branches, travel up to 50%, and lead profit optimization with a hands-on approach. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; NETA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification identified as preferred.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance including supervisory or branch leadership.
• Proven P&L or profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; flexible hours and travel as needed.

What you bring

• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
