LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own P&L, grow revenue, manage field tech teams and maintain high safety standards. The role covers scheduling, quoting, and coordinating large jobs across branches while building key customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will hold NETA Level III/IV, bring 5+ years of electrical testing and supervision, and be prepared for significant travel plus flexible hours. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

What you'll do

• Travel: up to 50%

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
