Job summary

Talent With Heart seeks a branch leader outside Nashville to own P&L, grow profitability, and manage safety and customer relationships.

You'll build and lead a field technician team, pricing and securing large jobs, and coordinating with sister branches across the region. The role requires NETA certification and hands-on electrical testing experience, plus travel. Competitive salary and benefits included.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification required.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and travel as needed.

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
