Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a branch leader to own P&L for a Nashville-area NETA testing and maintenance branch. You will recruit and manage field technicians, coordinate large jobs with sister branches, and build quotes for key accounts while ensuring quality and safety in field work.

The role requires NETA Level III or IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel up to 50% is expected, along with flexible hours for emergencies.

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
