Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is expanding a branch leadership role outside Nashville with full P&L ownership. You will drive growth, profitability, safety, and key customer relationships while leading a team of field technicians.

The position requires NETA Level III or IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Travel up to 50% and a competitive pay package accompany the role.

Job description

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
