Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own growth, profit, safety and customer relationships while directing a team of field technicians.

You will manage P&L, schedule field staff, review quotes, audit reports and develop key accounts across multiple jobs while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, with supervisory or branch leadership.
• NETA Level III or IV certification.
• P&L or profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, weekends and emergencies.

• Travel: up to 50%

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
