SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own P&L, grow the business and maintain safety and customer relationships. You will lead field techs, plan large jobs with sister branches and drive profitability.

The role requires NETA Level III/IV, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Expect travel up to 50% and a competitive base salary with a bonus, full benefits, and a company vehicle.

• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
