Job summary

United Future is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own P&L and drive growth across a testing and maintenance branch. You will lead a field tech team, manage safety, and nurture customer relationships while overseeing profitability and project execution.

The role requires NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Travel up to 50% is expected, with full benefits and a company vehicle provided.

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
