Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for our Mansfield, MA location. You will lead a team to achieve profitable branch performance, coach staff, and manage operations, safety, and inventory.

The role demands strong leadership, B2B experience, and a focus on growing sales while maintaining service excellence. Responsibilities include budgeting, strategic planning, and collaboration with sales and operations to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• If required to make deliveries: Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Must obtain non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• No recent at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• High School or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by maximizing branch performance using company digital tools.
• Lead, motivate, and train branch personnel; address personnel issues.
• Ensure staff have tools to reach sales potential.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, income, and budgets.
• Maintain safety standards; conduct inspections and corrective actions.
• Stay informed about markets, customers, vendors, and competitors.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors; provide excellent service.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure proper stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support branch growth plans.
• Occasional deliveries to branches/customers; other duties as assigned.
