Job summary

Rexel USA, a leading electrical distributor, seeks a Branch Manager for our Fairfax, VA location. You will lead a team, drive profitable operations, and oversee branch safety, inventory, and customer relations to meet annual targets.

You will shape sales strategies, manage the P&L, and collaborate with marketing and operations to expand service excellence. The role requires 5+ years in sales/ops and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and training to branch personnel.
• Manage branch P&L to meet or exceed sales and income targets.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, sales, and marketing to support growth goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
