You will manage P&L, coordinate with sales/marketing, and support daily branch activities. The position emphasizes leadership, inventory control, vendor relationships, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/hardware equipment certification preferred.
• Delivery requirements may apply.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Pre-employment MVRE check and annual review of MVR.
• Non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• No suspended license in past 3 years.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure tools are available to achieve sales potential.
• Manage P&L to meet or exceed sales, income, assets, and budgets.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct inspections.
• Develop knowledge of markets, customers, vendors, and competitors.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• Oversee inventory control and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support branch growth goals.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
