U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Leader to drive excellent customer experience while managing branch teams in a booming financial services environment. You will coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with partners to identify customer needs and promote banking products.

The role requires 3–4 years in sales, retail management, or banking and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. This position is located at a U.S. Bank branch and requires on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• Thorough product/service knowledge and regulatory, policy and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members with independent judgement.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services and expand the customer base.
