Heights Finance is seeking a Branch Manager for our Madison, TN location. You will lead daily branch operations, drive growth through marketing and relationships, oversee loan processes, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive Branch Growth: implement marketing plans, build business relationships, and manage daily operations to meet goals.
• Lead Loan Processes: oversee new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Address Delinquency: proactively manage delinquent accounts with urgency.
• Be a Hands-On Leader: set the standard for customer service and sales, addressing customer concerns with professionalism.
• Develop Your Team: coach, mentor, and develop staff to foster growth and excellent service.
• Manage Performance: conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment.
• Ensure Efficient Operations: handle scheduling, payroll, and expenses for smooth branch operations.
