You will drive branch growth, oversee loan processes, manage delinquency, and coach staff. This full-time role offers a base salary of $57,000–$84,000, full benefits from day one, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for career advancement within Attain Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Branch Growth: implement marketing plans, build business relationships, manage daily operations.
• Lead Loan Processes: oversee new and refinanced loans, ensure compliance and great customer service.
• Address Delinquency: proactively manage delinquent accounts.
• Be a Hands-On Leader: set the standard for customer service and sales.
• Develop Your Team: coach, mentor, and develop staff; foster growth.
• Manage Performance: conduct evaluations and provide feedback with Talent Acquisition support.
• Ensure Efficient Operations: handle scheduling, payroll, and expenses.
