Job summary

Heights Finance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Jackson, TN. You will support the Branch Manager, lead the team, and deliver exceptional service for customers seeking financial solutions. Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm, with peak-season adjustments.

Responsibilities include driving branch growth, guiding loan processes, managing delinquency, and coaching staff to reach targets in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1–2 years in consumer finance, lending, or banking preferred.
• Experience guiding clients through processes and offering support.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager to lead the team and deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Foster Branch Growth by implementing marketing strategies and nurturing relationships.
• Guide Loan Processes for new and refinanced loans while ensuring compliance.
• Support Delinquency Management and work toward solutions beneficial to branch and customers.
• Lead by Example with customer service and sales excellence.
• Inspire the Team through coaching, training, and ongoing support.
