Job summary

Regional Finance in Tennessee is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive revenue, grow accounts, and maximize branch performance in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be a competitive, customer-focused professional who leads by example, sells financial products, and builds strong relationships with customers while managing daily branch operations.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits).

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance, improving retention, and contributing to profitability.
• Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle.
• Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach.
• Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience.
• Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance.
• Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts.
• Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations.
• Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed.
