Heights Finance Corporation is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Jackson, TN. You will support the Branch Manager, lead a team, and guide customers through financial solutions with a focus on service excellence and sales growth.

The role emphasizes coaching, development, and adherence to company standards, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, and opportunities for advancement within Attain Finance brands.
