Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD is seeking a Division Project Manager to own delivery across multiple commercial roofing projects. You will lead PMs and Superintendents, safeguard margin, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.

You will build relationships with key stakeholders and drive the division's financial success. The role requires deep roofing systems knowledge, federal contract experience, and strong leadership to manage a high-performing team

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and assemblies.
• Experience leading PMs and Superintendents at divisional level.
• Experience with federal contracts and federal projects.
• Advanced understanding of sequencing on large commercial projects.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across the division's projects — schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Act as the division's financial steward — protect margin and keep the backlog full.
• Build relationships with architects, owners, vendors, and manufacturer representatives across the territory.
• Analyze job performance and find where cost comes out without margin going with it.
• Work with the Safety Department to hold company and client safety standards on every site.
• Develop and strengthen the subcontractor base the division relies on.
• Partner with estimating, preconstruction, accounting, and operations to keep work flowing cleanly.

You've Been Running Projects. This Is Running the Business Around Them.

The Project Managers and Superintendents report to you. So does the backlog, the margin, and whether the division grows.

You'd own delivery across multiple concurrent commercial projects — on time, on budget, safely — and the financial performance that comes out the other end.

Estimating, preconstruction, accounting and operations are already built. Your job is running the division, not covering for missing functions.

The work includes federal and large commercial projects, which means real technical depth and customers who stay.

You'd report to the Regional Manager at the largest commercial roofing contractor across Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.

Opportunity Overview

This is one of the largest and best-run commercial roofing contractors operating across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, delivering roofing and service work to healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, education, government, and commercial facilities.

The business has traded since the early 2000s and runs as a structured regional operation with defined departments — estimating, preconstruction, accounting, operations services, and a dedicated safety function — supporting divisional teams in the field.

A significant portion of the work involves federal projects, requiring facility clearance and an understanding of how a roofing scope integrates into the critical path of a large construction program. Divisions operate with their own Project Managers and Superintendents, managing multiple concurrent projects within a defined geographic market, reporting into regional leadership.
