Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD in Woodstock, GA seeks a Field Operations Leader to run multiple commercial roofing projects. You will own field production, deploy crews, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This PE-backed platform offers a base salary of $150K-$160K with a performance bonus, full benefits, and a path for growth as the company scales across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial roofing with low-slope depth experience (TPO, PVC, EPDM, mod bit).
• 5+ years leading field teams with Superintendents/foremen reporting to you.
• Ability to run multiple crews and projects without losing control.
• Strong safety compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities
