Roofing Talent America LTD in Memphis, TN seeks a Commercial Roofing Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to own execution from pre-construction to closeout. You will manage schedules, manpower, materials, and budget while leading field teams and subs, enforcing OSHA safety standards, and driving QC.

Role split between office coordination and on-site leadership in the Memphis market, using Procore and MS Project; relocation assistance and professional development are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods.
• Experience using Procore and/or MS Project.
• Ability to manage multiple commercial roofing projects concurrently.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Control schedules, manpower, material flow, equipment coordination, and budget performance.

Opportunity Overview

• Join a commercial and industrial roofing contractor operating across multiple U.S. markets.
• Manage projects that include new construction, reroofing, and complex commercial roofing scopes.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use modern project management tools, including platforms such as Procore and MS Project, to manage execution and reporting.
• Split time between office coordination and on-site project leadership in the Memphis market.
