Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD in Tampa seeks a Branch Leader — Commercial Roofing to own the Tampa operation across sales, estimating, production and service, and to build the structure that lets the branch scale.

You will hire and develop the leadership team, drive revenue and margins, manage budgets, and maintain safety and OSHA compliance, with the backing of a private equity platform and capital support.

Branch Leader — Commercial Roofing Tampa, FL $160,000 to $200,000 + Bonus

The Opportunity

An established commercial roofing contractor with decades of trading history in its home market, now part of a private equity backed building services platform.

The work covers commercial, industrial, institutional and government facilities, spanning roof installation, reroof, repair, restoration, planned maintenance and waterproofing.

Tampa is a build out rather than a mature branch, with a territory across Tampa Bay and Central Florida and a work mix of service, reroof and new construction.

The intention is to put strong functional leadership around this seat in sales and estimating, so the General Manager runs the operation rather than personally producing in every corner of it.

The platform behind the branch is growing, and gives Tampa access to capital, shared resources and proven playbooks.

What you'll need

• Leadership experience in commercial roofing across more than one function, covering some combination of sales, estimating, production and service
• A track record of building structure and systems, rather than carrying a branch on personal relationships alone
• Commercial credibility and genuine comfort with numbers, margin and metrics
• The appetite to build from a standing start instead of running a machine somebody else built
