Roof Talent America LTD. seeks a Senior Project Manager for commercial roofing, based in Woodstock, GA. You will own large, complex projects from buyout to closeout, with senior leadership support and robust resources to ensure timely, on-margin delivery.
The role requires 6+ years of project management in commercial roofing, strong knowledge of roofing systems, and proven capability with PM software and Excel. A clear career path toward operations leadership is offered.
Position: Senior Project Manager (Commercial Roofing)
Location: Woodstock, GA
Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Benefits: 401k, Insurance Coverage, PTO, Cell Phone
As one of the fastest-growing businesses in the commercial roofing industry, with combined revenues exceeding $150m and more than $100m earmarked for investment this year, this platform is positioning itself to become one of the most dominant names in the market.
Their strategy is simple. Partner with outstanding roofing entrepreneurs, provide them with the financial backing, resources and infrastructure to accelerate growth, and preserve the culture and reputation that made those businesses successful in the first place.
For a senior project manager, this creates a unique opportunity. You'll be running larger, more complex commercial work than most independent contractors can put in front of you, with experienced leadership above you, real resources behind you, and a genuine route into operations leadership as the platform expands.
Senior project managers are often handed the hardest jobs and the tightest schedules, then left to firefight alone. That isn't this role.
You’ll take full ownership of commercial roofing projects from buyout through closeout, working out of Woodstock and supporting growth markets across Georgia and the Southeast.
You’ll manage budgets, schedules and margin performance, run submittals, procurement and subcontractor buyout, coordinate crews and field leadership, control change orders, and keep safety and quality standards where they need to be.
The role also carries significant exposure to customers, general contractors, suppliers and subcontractors, allowing you to build the relationships that protect delivery today and win repeat work tomorrow.
