Roofing Talent America LTD in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial roofing projects end-to-end, from pre-construction through closeout. You will own schedules, budgets, and resources for a growing branch with multi-million-dollar work.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial roofing project management, ability to read blueprints and contracts, and coordination with estimators, foremen and crews across South Texas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial roofing projects or strong adjacent construction management experience
• Solid knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction processes
• Able to read blueprints, contracts and technical documents
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across South Texas

Responsibilities

• Own roofing projects end to end, from pre-construction through closeout
• Build and hold the schedule, budget and resource plan on every job
• Work with estimators, foremen and subs to keep scope moving efficiently
• Procure materials and equipment and get them on site on time
• Walk sites, check progress, solve problems, keep quality line
• Keep field crews, office and client communicating
• Run RFIs, contracts, change orders logs, reports
• Lead project meetings and keep leadership updated

Project Manager - Commercial Roofing Corpus Christi, TX $85,000 - $105,000 Run real commercial projects for a 60-year-old Texas roofing name with fresh private equity money behind you and no corporate machine in the way.
