Responsibilities

• Manage the opening and closing duties of the branch.
• Coordinate activities of all employees by assigning work and addressing questions.
• Ensure all employees follow Gold Standard Member Service.
• Perform service audits and ensure monthly cross-sell and loan quotas are met.
• Coach/train employees and oversee branch operations.
• Create monthly management reports and maintain AML/BSA knowledge.
• Oversee policies and procedures and support growth initiatives.
• Address employee and member issues to ensure service recovery.
