The role emphasizes coaching, sales leadership, community engagement, and ensuring compliant operations across the branch. A four-year lending track record and strong management skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ financial industry experience and 4+ years of lending experience.
• Passion and ability to coach sales and world class service skills.
• Excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level conflict resolution and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads teller team and models Elevations’ core values: Integrity, Respect, Passion, Creativity, Excellence.
• Coaches branch staff in sales and service to meet annual branch goals.
• Drives loyalty and satisfaction through strategic improvements and marketing alignment.
• Engages members and leads the team with PEAK’t service: care, professionalism, and top service levels.
• Develops professional relationships to increase member acquisition and revenue.
• Ensures day-to-day branch operations comply with policies and adjust team goals.
