Job summary

Elevations Credit Union in Colorado is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch team and drive exceptional member experiences. You will implement strategies to grow revenue, coach staff in sales and service, and ensure branch operations align with policies and PEAK service standards.

The role reports to the Director Branch Regional and manages multiple front-line roles. The compensation range is listed below and includes potential bonuses; standard full-time hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ financial industry experience and 4+ years of lending experience.
• Excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level conflict resolution and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller team and model Elevations’ core values (Integrity, Respect, Passion, Creativity, Excellence).
• Provide leadership in sales management coaching to branch staff to achieve goals.
• Implement strategies to maximize member loyalty and satisfaction.
• Engage members and lead team with the PEAK’t service model; use care and professionalism.
• Develop relationships within the community to increase member acquisition and revenue.
• Ensure branch operations compliance and coach the team to goals.
