Job summary

Affidian Credit Union in Aurora, CO is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, coach staff, and ensure top-tier member service. This full-time, in-office role oversees tellers, Lenders, and service reps, with a focus on growth, compliance, and cross-selling.

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in financial services, including 2+ years in management, are required. Salary ranges from $65,325 to $97,988, with full benefits including health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must have worked in a financial institution for a minimum of three years, with at least two years’ experience in management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Manage the opening and closing duties of the branch.
• Coordinate the activities of all employees by assigning work, answering questions, and training staff.
• Ensure all employees follow standard service procedures.
• Perform service audits and ensure monthly cross-sell and loan quotas are met.
• Coach and train employees and maintain knowledge of AML/BSA.
