You will build community partnerships, grow SEG and small business relations, and execute strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent training/work experience.
• At least five years financial services experience, three in supervision.
• Experience leading branch operations and managing production targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations and production to meet growth, sales, and service targets.
• Drive business and community development efforts in the market area.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and related regulations; train staff on regulatory requirements.
