Job summary

Babich & Associates in Dallas is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter to join a high-growth, revenue-driven team. You’ll own the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing top talent to quarterbacking interview processes and building lasting relationships with corporate clients.

You’ll train in an elite program and drive a high-volume, outbound approach (75–100 connections a day) with the goal of six-figure earnings in year one and substantial upside in year two and beyond.

What We Look For

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of fast-paced, phone-adjacent sales experience (Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar).
