DCS Consulting and Staffing is seeking a proven staffing leader to head our Detroit location, driving growth, developing top talent, and delivering measurable results. You will lead a high-performing team in sales and recruiting while managing client relationships and overall branch performance.

This critical role blends leadership with strategic execution in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional service
