You will work with the Branch Vice President to implement branch strategies, develop tactical plans, and contribute to VyStar's mission in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and a commitment to regulatory compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and ensure service excellence.

• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures and perform audits.
• Conduct daily team huddles and weekly sales meetings, including product training.
