Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Branch Vice President to coach, develop, and lead branch staff toward growth goals while delivering exceptional member service and maintaining operational excellence.

The role involves creating and executing branch strategies, aligning with VyStar objectives, and participating in leadership decisions. Strong emphasis on relationships, community involvement, and risk-aware management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years in customer service, sales, community service, military, or leadership role.
• 3+ years in a lead role within a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to deliver exceptional member experiences and meet goals.
• Train and coach staff to adhere to VyStar's standards and service commitments.
• Develop staff for succession and collaborate with HR for recruitment and training.
• Establish performance objectives and monitor branch scorecards.
• Lead by example and engage in community service to strengthen VyStar brand.
