Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Branch Vice President to coach, develop, and lead branch employees toward growth goals while delivering exceptional member service. This role creates and maintains branch strategies aligned with VyStar objectives in a fast-paced environment, partnering with internal departments and the Leadership Team.

The position requires strong leadership, mentoring, and a commitment to VyStar Excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years in a customer service, sales, community service, military service, or leadership role.
• 3+ years’ experience in lead role within financial institution required.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and lead branch employees to achieve growth and service goals.
• Train and coach staff to follow VyStar’s standards and commitments.
• Develop staff for succession planning within the branch network.
• Collaborate with HR and Training to ensure effective recruiting and training.
