Job summary

Responsibilities include developing staff, ensuring training and compliance, and maintaining strong member relationships. The position offers leadership opportunities within VyStar’s branch network and community programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer service, sales, community service, military service, or leadership role.
• 3+ years’ experience in lead role within financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day branch operations and exceptional member service.
• Train and coach staff to meet VyStar standards.
• Develop branch staff for succession and growth.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment and training.
• Lead performance reviews and career progression discussions.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and risk guidelines.
