• Ensure day-to-day branch operations and service quality to meet growth goals.
• Coach and develop staff to follow VyStar’s standards and service commitments.
• Lead recruitment, training, and succession planning within the branch network.
• Collaborate with HR and Learning teams to ensure effective training curriculums.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and risk management in a regulated environment.
• Build strong member and partner relationships and engage in community initiatives.
