Job summary

VyStar Credit Union in Orlando, FL is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to coach, develop and lead branch staff toward growth goals while delivering exceptional member service and maintaining operational excellence.

You will partner with the Branch Vice President to implement branch strategies, provide coaching, performance reviews, and ensure compliance within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer service, sales, community service, military service, or leadership role.
• 2 years in a lead role within a financial institution preferred.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations day-to-day to deliver unbelievable member service and achieve goals.
• Coach and develop staff to adhere to VyStar standards and service commitments.
• Collaborate with Branch VP to create and implement branch strategies.
• Conduct staff trainings and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk management.
