Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Branch Vice President to coach, develop and lead branch employees to achieve growth goals while delivering exceptional member service and maintaining operational excellence. This role creates and implements branch strategies aligned with VyStar’s objectives in a fast-paced environment.

The leader must also establish strong member and partner relationships and engage in community activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Either an Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day branch operations deliver unbelievable service and goals.
• Train and coach staff to meet VyStar's standards of excellence.
• Model VyStar Excellence behaviors in daily duties.
• Develop staff for succession within the branch network.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure effective recruiting and training.
• Lead branch performance with annual business plan objectives.
• Build strong member and partner relationships.
