Truliant Federal Credit Union in Charlotte, NC seeks a Branch Manager I University to lead daily branch operations, coach staff, and drive member service excellence. You will manage performance, member experience, and business development while upholding regulatory compliance and company values.

The role emphasizes coaching, community engagement, and teamwork, with opportunities to help members achieve their financial goals and grow the branch in a supportive, member-focused culture.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of related management experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring employees to improve results.
• Experience building community relationships and/or partnerships with local businesses or organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop branch team members to meet service, sales, referral, and operational expectations.
• Drive branch performance by planning for member service, loan and deposit growth, outbound calling, and business development.
• Resolve escalations, strengthen relationships, and ensure branch practices align with policies and regulatory requirements.
