Truist is seeking a branch leader in North Carolina to drive branch performance, coach staff, and grow small business and affluent client relationships. The role emphasizes compliance, staffing decisions, and cross-functional partnership with IRM and Operations.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, prior branch leadership experience, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building community relationships and achieving growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive public image in the community and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch business development and performance through Small Business, Mass Affluent, and IRM partnerships.
• Grow branch revenue via Small Business and client strategies; expand Mass Affluent through appointments and prospecting.
• Participate in civic and professional groups to prospect and build the Truist Brand.
• Lead and motivate teammates to fulfill the Purpose, Mission and Values for client financial success.
• Partner with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with procedures and training; promote One Team culture.
• Make human capital decisions including interviews, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and discipline.
