The role emphasizes coaching, community partnerships, and adherence to regulatory requirements. A Bachelor’s degree with NMLS and Notary are required, along with strong communication and financial services knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related management experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring employees to improve results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; NMLS registration and notary requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch team members to meet service, sales, referral, and operational expectations.
• Drive branch performance with plans for member service, loan/deposit growth, outbound calling, and budget management.
• Resolve escalations and strengthen relationships to align with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal partners and local businesses to improve branch operations and community presence.
