Truist in Wilmington, NC seeks an experienced branch leader to manage all aspects of the assigned branch, drive performance, coach staff, and develop business through Small Business and relationship management. The role requires banking experience, leadership, and a strong compliance mindset.

You will lead daily operations, partner with IRM and Operations, and guide a team to deliver superior client service while achieving revenue targets and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment and NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

• Participate in civic and professional groups to prospect and develop new business.

• Handle human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling and performance reviews.
